The Challenge:

Airborn leverages a robust Oracle technology stack and was looking to find better ways to target their key customers in addition to extending their marketing and sales efforts to identify new customer opportunities

The Solution:

Within 90 days of working with AAM, the Eloqua deployment was completed, including IP warming.​ 
As part of the implementation, we designed a complex data model to support the bi-direction integration between Eloqua and Service Cloud.

Results:

Airborn was immediately able to automate email campaigns through Eloqua with a baseline configuration and data model designed for future planned automations to drive workflow enhancements and enable better sales outcomes.

The Challenge:

Intel’s marketing engine has long been focused on overall brand and consumer tactics/content.

While this provides a strong presence in the space, a need was identified to drive demand and lead generation globally across Client Computing, Internet of Things, and Cloud Computing business units, which would require large scale strategic shifts, new teams, processes, and data, all held up by MAP and CRM systems

Metronet is a telecommunication company, offering 100% fiber-optic technology. Metronet
specializes in fiber to the premise TV, voice and internet services that provide customers with some of the fastest internet speeds in the world.

Headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, Metronet employs over 1,500 people.

The Challenge:

AAM was engaged by both business units – Residential and Business – to deploy marketing automation technology with business requirements that was complex due to the need to support both business units within a single instance of Eloqua.

The Solution:

To meet the combined needs of the respective business units, Eloqua was implemented including a robust data model and complex integration with SFDC to meet the varying needs of the Residential and Business divisions of Metronet.

Results:

We were able to enable two very independent business units to operate within a single Eloqua environment with cohesion where desired, but with separate automations and data. ​ Both business units are successfully managing their marketing communications out of the platform with each having an independent roadmap based on their maturity needs.

 

The American Law Institute is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law.​

The American Law Institute was founded in 1923 following a study conducted by a group of prominent American judges, lawyers, and teachers known as The Committee on the Establishment of a Permanent Organization for the Improvement of the Law.

The Challenge:

AAM made focused configuration updates to Eloqua to address long-standing issues. In addition, provided operational support to ALI’s team:​

ALI has realized the ability to use the Eloqua tool appropriately. Specific baseline issues were addressed so that the system was usable as intended. Operational challenges are being remediated and addressed through a combination of process updates, system automations, and change management.

 

Field & Main Bank is a Kentucky-chartered, community bank dedicated to serving businesses and individuals in Kentucky and Indiana—and beyond. ​

Field & Main offers tailor-made financial solutions for personal and commercial banking as well as trust and investment services.

The Challenge:

Field & Main were new to marketing automation, and the key focus was getting the system operational in a rapid time period, to enable their team to get campaigns out the door that were critical to their playbook.

The Solution:

Within 60 days of working with AAM, Eloqua was successfully implemented, including IP warming.​ They were ready to go, putting Field and Main in a better position to engage with customers and potential customers.

Results:

As a result, Field & Main introduced additional capabilities to deploy highly critical email campaigns within a very short period of time. ​ In support of the new technology tool, AAM enabled a very non-technical team with training sessions tailored to their campaign requirements.
